Stock Information

All of our displayed stock levels and dispatch due-dates are updated in real-time and are highly accurate. We can never guarantee that the information shown will be 100% accurate, as things can happen that are outside of our control; however, our customers have enjoyed an accuracy rate of around 98% so far.

Stock Level Definitions

In Stock

The product is in stock, meaning it can be dispatched immediately. For more information on dispatch times, see our Delivery Information section.

Stock Due

Stock is on its way and is scheduled to arrive with us soon, and is due to be dispatched to you on the date specified.

Backorder / Available

The product is available but isn't currently in stock - we will order it for you (scheduled to be dispatched to you on the date specified).

Unavailable

Item is currently unavailable. This often means that a product is out of print, or distribution has ceased.
