Dispatch Times
We dispatch all in-stock orders placed before 4pm on the same working day (Mon-Fri), otherwise they will be dispatched the following working day.
All of our displayed stock levels and dispatch due-dates are updated in real-time and are highly accurate. We can never guarantee that the information shown will be 100% accurate, as things can happen that are outside of our control; however, our customers have enjoyed an accuracy rate of around 98% so far. Delivery Times and Prices
United Kingdom
Delivery is FREE for orders £80 and over, otherwise it is £3.99. We also offer courier-specific delivery for £6.99, next working day delivery for £7.99, and Saturday next day delivery for £14.99. Please note that we do not make any profit from these prices.
All deliveries to the UK should take 1-2 working days (including Saturdays). Please note that actual time taken is outside of our control. Most orders are sent via First Class Royal Mail; heavier ones are sent via courier (UPS, Next Day).
So, if you place an order at 2:30pm on Tuesday, you should receive it on Wednesday or Thursday. If you place an order at 2:30pm on Friday, you should receive it on Saturday or Monday.
Europe
- Due to shipping regulations, we cannot send sprays anywhere outside of the UK.
Games Workshop products can be delivered to EEA countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
£2.99 +£0.30 per 100g (up to a maximum of £6.99), via Royal Mail Airmail (expected to take 2-5 working days, usually depending on country). Heavy orders may also be sent via courier (usually UPS) or split into multiple parcels due to the 2kg weight limit.
A tracked delivery option is available at an additional cost of £6 (or £3 if your order is over £113 excluding postage). Standard Airmail orders may be sent tracked - subject to weight and/or value.
Please note that orders sent to EU countries may be subject to additional charges after 1st January 2021.
Worldwide
- Due to shipping regulations, we cannot send sprays anywhere outside of the UK.
- Due to Games Workshop's regulations, we cannot send Games Workshop products outside of countries in the EEA (listed above).
